Discover the tradition of tamales in this interactive class at Rita’s Test Kitchen. Cook, learn, and enjoy authentic flavors with Riverwalk views. Comes with a margarita, fresh guacamole, a short cultural presentation and then we roll our sleeves up to make tamales ourselves (2 hrs).

Learn the art of fresh guacamole and margarita-making at Rita’s Test Kitchen. This interactive class blends hands-on instruction, vibrant flavors, and a lively Riverwalk atmosphere (1 hr)

Bourbon & BBQ : A Whiskey Dinner

This guided tasting experience features a flight of four whiskies from local distilleries around the San Antonio region, giving guests the rare opportunity to explore multiple Texas distillers in one setting. Throughout the evening, guests will learn about the history of whiskey, the growth of Texas distilling, and the unique stories behind each featured producer. To complement the bold character of the whiskey, guests will enjoy a scratch-made BBQ platter, prepared in-house and built for serious Texas flavor (2hrs).
